Order Process
Your experience buying products or business forms is exceedingly important to us. We value your time. For that reason, we do not ask that you upload your artwork and place it on the screen as part of the order process. We will contact you and give you precise directions on what type of files we accept.
All too often, our clients come to us with a faxed sketch or business card. We will accept whatever artwork you can provide and can be re-created for a nominal charge. We will provide an electronic proof that can be emailed so that you have the opportunity to view the size, dimensions and colors.
Payment Information
Form an Image accepts Credit Cards. First time orders require a pre-payment in full prior to printing. Future orders require 50% when order is placed and final payment when product is delivered. We also accept checks, but your order will not be placed until a check is received. Should your order have overruns or underruns, the difference will be applied to your final invoice at the time of shipping. All account information will be kept strictly convidential.
Normal turn-around times for jobs are 7-10 business days. We will notify you if it should take longer. Rush jobs are accepted at an extra charge. We will provide a shipping estimate before your order is placed. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. However, cases of particularly large or heavy products, or very large orders, it is often more economical to ship via freight. We also accomodate split shipments to multiple locations.
